If you have contacted Kundu International Academy through Facebook, a Facebook comment, or Messenger and want us to delete information held from that interaction, email enquiries@kundu.ac with the subject “Meta data deletion request”. You may also identify the request as a Facebook/Messenger privacy request in the message.
Provide only the information needed to locate the interaction:
Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, payment-card information, or other secrets in the request.
We may ask reasonable questions to verify that the request relates to the requester or their interaction. An authorised KIA operator records the request, locates the relevant interaction, and deletes or anonymises the stored identifiers, message/comment content, classification, and response records that are within KIA’s control and no longer required.
We may retain a limited record where necessary for a legal or regulatory obligation, audit trail, security or fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or to protect the rights and safety of KIA and others. Any retained material is access-restricted and deleted when the applicable obligation or need ends. Meta may retain information under Meta’s own policies; this request does not delete data held solely by Meta.
We will notify the requester of the outcome or any reason a request cannot be completed in full. The normal process is manual; this page does not provide an unauthenticated destructive endpoint.
KIA Mainstream and Kundu FODE are separate governed programmes. A deletion request is handled as a privacy request regardless of which programme an enquiry concerned.
